AIAPGET-2020 or All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test 2020 is the only entrance exam conducted to analyse the expertise of candidates in the chosen stream to offer them the admission to Postgraduate AYUSH programmes for the Academic Session 2020-21. AIAPGET 2020 takes into consideration All India (Open/other States) as well as State quota seats for enrollments into different medical modalities viz. Unani, Ayurveda, Siddha and Homeopathy through MD / MS / PG DIPLOMA programmes offered by AYUSH Colleges, Institutes & Universities or Deemed Universities across India. AIAPGET-2020 will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. NTA- the National Testing Agency (NTA) has been appointed by All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi as a conducting body for AIGNET 2020.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the last date for the submission of Online Application Forms for AIAPGET-2020 from June 5, 2020 to June 15, 2020 till 5 pm. All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) entrance exam will be conducted in online mode in the last week of June 2020 by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The information bulletin with major revisions has also been released by NTA. The revisions are as follows:

AIAPGET Application Fees - There is an inclusion of application fee of INR 2250/- for AIAPGET 2020 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) 2250 from this year.
Revision in the exam duration and pattern of AIAPGET 2020- Unlike the timing of 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, this year the exam will be conducted for the duration of two hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The total number of questions has been increased from 100 to 120 and the maximum marks has also been increased from 400 to 480.
Mode of exam changes - AIAPGET exam will be held as LAN computer based test, which will ensure unchanged answers by the candidates even in case of power cut.
Addition in exam cities - AIAPGET 2020 will be held in 33 exam cities, this year with an addition of eight new cities which includes Agra, Kottayam, Kolhapur, Nasik, Ranchi, Roorkee, Thrissur and Vijaywada.

AIAPGET 2020: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be BHMS/BAMS/BUMS/BSMS degree-holder qualified from a recognized institute.
Completion of the mandatory rotating internship of 1 year before September 30, 2020 is required.
A provisional/permanent registration certificate of BHMS/BAMS/BUMS/BSMS given by the state board/CCIM/ CCH, university/Deemed university is required.

AIAPGET 2020 Application Form

Each aspirant who wishes to get admission in MS/MD/PG Diploma program need to fill the application form of AIAPGET to take the entrance test. The online registration for AIAPGET 2020 was started from May 6 and is continuing till June 15, 2020. Payment of the Application Fee is to be made in online mode using debit card or net banking and it is mandatory for the successful submission of application form.

AIAPGET 2020 Admit Card

Issuance of the AIAPGET admit card 2020 will start from June 20, 2002 to be downloaded by the successful applicants from the official website of NTA as it will not be individually posted to each eligible applicant. The admit card of AIAPGET 2020 is a mandatory document to appear for the exam and it contains the exam date, time and venue of the exam along with the details of the aspirants.

AIAPGET 2020 Mock Test

NTA has launched a nation-wide Test Practice Centre (TPC) for AIAPGET Ayurveda 2020 to grease the wheels for the candidates for a computer-based test (CBT) before the actual examination. The mock test of AIAPGET 2020 will have question papers along with the answer keys of the previous year examination so that candidates can get an idea about the examination and practice for the same. The mock test will be made accessible on the official website of NTA.

AIPAGET 2020: Result

The AIAPGET result 2020 will be released in online mode, by the exam conducting authority, which will be valid only for the year 2020.Based on the scores obtained in AIPAGET 2020, a consolidated merit list with total marks obtained, percentile secured, and All India Rank will be prepared by NTA, followed by the publication of each merit-list for each stream viz. Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy.

AIAPGET 2020: Merit List

After results declaration, a common merit list will be prepared by AIAPGET secretariat as per the rules & regulations, reservation policy and other benchmarks of the state for the counselling and will be shared with the respective authorities/States. The merit list of AIAPGET 2020 will have the All India quota (Open/ other State) seats & State quota seats for AYUSH MS/MD/ PG diploma programmes for enrollment into all AYUSH Colleges, Institutes & Universities or Deemed Universities.

AIAPGET 2020 Counselling

The participants who will qualify the examination by securing the cutoff percentile will be called for the counselling of AIAPGET 2020. The counselling will be conducted by AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) considering the seats for All India quota encompassing seats in government, government-affiliated, Private, Deemed Universities/National Institutes/Central Universities.

IGNOU 2020 TEE Answer Booklets & Re-evaluation Now Allowed to Applicants

Students participated in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) June 2020 TEE, and December 2019 TEE exam will now be allowed to apply for the xerox copies of answer booklets. Indira Gandhi National Open University has decided to allow the students for the revaluation and re totalling of marks, they scored in these examinations.

The results of IGNOU June 2020 TEE were announced on October 1. With the upcoming facility of issuance of the photocopy of answer booklets, the students who were dissatisfied with their results can apply for the revaluation of marks scored in the term-end examinations and the photocopies of IGNOU TEE answer sheets.

The application for the same will have to be made online on the official website of the university. Students simply need to go to the IGNOU website and click apply on the designated link. After which, a few details need to be filled, followed by the payment of the application fee and submission of the application form.

It must be noted that the applications for revaluation and photocopies of IGNOU December 2019 TEE and IGNOU June 2020 TEE of exams comprising MCQ type questions are disallowed.

According to the statement in the IGNOU revaluation window, “Reevaluation and copy of Answerscripts is not available for the Following Exam for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and conducted on OMR sheets.”

Students can apply for and get the photocopies of the answer booklets of IGNOU June TEE and IGNOU December TEE examinations if the answer copy has not been handled for Re-evaluation. Students can either first make an application for the copy of Answer Sheet, followed by an application for Re-evaluation or go for both simultaneously.

UP Govt to pay Education Expenses of NEET Topper

Education expenses of NEET topper Akansha Singh will be paid by Uttar Pradesh Government. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made an announcement about the disbursement of her graduation expenses. These expenses will include the expenditure of food and lodging during all the academic levels of her graduation.

Akansha Singh lives in Kushinagar district of UP and has achieved 100% score in NEET 2020 exam.

Though Akansha was given second rank in the examination, she has been declared as top-ranked along with Soyeb Aftab who is native of Odisha state. On the direction of CM Yogi Adityanath, a letter is to be sent by the chief secretary of UP state, to the authorities concerned for the declaration of NEET 2020 ranks to declare Akansha Singh and Soyeb Aftab, both as the first rankers of NEET 2020 examination as they both have scored 720 marks out of maximum score of 720.

Besides, personal wishes are sent from UP CM to the family members and parents of AKansha Singh, laurelled the top- scorer as an ideal for all the girls. CM Yogi Adityanath appreciated the hard -work she has made and the high perseverance she has maintained throughout her preparation.

On the other side, Shoyeb Aftab has also created a history with a full score of 720/720 and All India Rank of 1. He is the first-ever candidate to score 100% in NEET examination. From Odisha state also, he is the first student to Top NEET. With this high score, he hopes to get admission in AIIMS New Delhi.

NEET 2020 comprises a sum of 180 MCQ type questions for a maximum of 720 marks. Qualified candidates who have scored at least or more than NEET 2020 cut-off are considered eligible to participate in the counselling process of NEET 2020. This implies that the candidates with scores more than NTA NEET 2020 cut-off will be eligible for enrollment to state-quota seats India quota (AIQ) seats through NEET 2020 counselling. KPPGCA Releases KMAT 2020 Admit Card

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association, KPPGCA has released the admit card for KMAT 2020 for the eligible candidates who applied for the examination by filling the application form and paying the prescribed application fee. The admit card has been released via online mode on the official website of KPPGCA on 27th October 2020.

Successful candidates need to download their admit card from the official website i.e. kmatindia.com. using their login credentials.

Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2020 is an entrance examination that will be conducted by KPPGCA (Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association) to offer enrollment to the qualified candidates in 189+ AICTE or University accredited Management Schools established in Bangalore and Karnataka. This year, the examination will be conducted on 29th October 2020 for admission to management institutes in the state.

230 Additional Seats For MBBS In Four Medical Colleges In Rajasthan

According to an official statement by Raghu Sharma, Rajasthan Health Minister, approval for the additional seats in MBBS in Rajasthan has been granted. 230 additional seats have been green signalled for the MBBS programmes at four medical schools in the state. 50 additional seats will be given to the medical schools in Udaipur and Ajmer. As far as Barmer Medical College is concerned, there will be an increment of 30 seats this year.

In comparison to last year when there was a total increment of 550 seats, seats added this year are lower. However, if taken together, the total addition in MBBS seats in the last two years reaches 880 in Rajasthan, thereby making a sum of 2830 total MBBS seats in Rajasthan, today.

The initiation of Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar has also received approval by the National Medical Science Commission. The Srikalyan Government Medical College, Sikar will be started in the session 2020-21.

NEET 2020 Counselling: To Start from Tomorrow, Make Sure To Register

The first round of the NEET 2020 Counselling will start from 27th of October 2020 by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The first round of seat allotment under this process will commence from tomorrow. The counselling process will be conducted only for those candidates who have qualified the NEET 2020 exam. Unqualified aspirants will not be able to take part in the same. However, the registration is mandatory for the eligible candidates to participate in the counselling.

Registration for the first round of seat allotment needs to be done on the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. and will remain open till 2nd November 2020 before 5 pm. It must be noted that registration must be done before the deadlines otherwise the participation in the seat allotment process is prohibited.

NEET 2020 registration process seeks the names of the courses and colleges preferred by the candidates that means the candidates will have to fill in their choices about the college and the course during the registration process. However, the candidates will be allowed to fill in their preference within a specific course of time i.e. from 28th October 2020 to 2nd November 2020, after that the preferences will be frozen.
