- At Least 60% score in BDS/MBS/B.Sc /B. Pharmacy/B.V.S.C and BPT degree is required to appear for AIIMS M.Sc 2020.
- 55% score in aggregate is required for SC/ST category candidates).
- Registration as a Nurse with RN (Registered Nurse) and RM (Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council is required.

Registration for AIIMS MSc Nursing 2020 was started from December 13, 2020 and continued till January 31, 2020 (5:00 pm). The eligible candidates whose request to appear for the examination was accepted has to proceed forward for the Final Registration by making fee payment and selecting the exam city by generating code. AIIMS MSc Nursing 2020 application form filling process is classified into two levels which use the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) system which is a newly introduced system by AIIMS.

Level 1: Basic Registration
Level 1 is the basic registration that asks candidates to fill and submit their personal information like name, DOB, email address, mobile number etc followed by submission of scanned images of passport-size photograph and signature & thumb impression. Unde the basic registration process, the candidate is allotted with the registration ID and password to be used as login credential for the official website.
Level 2: Final Registration
Once the basic registration form is successfully submitted and accepted by the authorities, candidates are able to generate code & make payment of the application fee online made using creditcard/debitcard/net banking and proceed towards the final registration process. Under the final registration process, the candidate needs to furnish his/her academic details followed by the submission of choice of the city as exam centre.

A Two-stage Selection Procedure for AIIMS MSc 2020 for Nursing
A two-stage selection procedure is executed for admission into AIIMS MSc 2020 MSc exam via Stage 1: Written examination
and Stage 2: Personal Interview/Assessment
Stage 1: Written examination
In the first stage, the written examination takes place for 90 minutes in an online mode and english language. The qualified candidates with names in the merit-list are called for the Personal Interview/Assessment scheme.
Stage 2: Personal Interview or Assessment scheme
The second stage of personal interview or assessment scheme carries a weightage of 30 marks taking into account the past educational records of graduation i.e. of BSc level examination and the performance of the candidate as a Nurse. Performance in both two stages concludes the final qualification of the candidate for admission into AIIMS MSc. for nursing.
Result of AIIMS MSc 2020 for Nursing
The result of AIIMS MSc 2020 for Nursing will be announced by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in the 2nd or 3rd week of June 2020, tentatively, followed by the publication of the merit list.
