The final list of candidates who have qualified the first round of DNB CET 2020 Counselling has been notified on 6th June 2020. Besides, the Counselling Schedule for second and third rounds has also been released. The Second round of DNB post-MBBS 2020 counselling will start from 15th June & continue till 19th June, 2020. The results for DNB CET 2020 seat allotment will be notified by 22nd June 2020 in PDF format. The third round of DNB CET 2020 counselling will start taking place from 8th July till 12th July 2020, and the results for the same will be announced by 15th July, 2020. Eligible candidates to whom the seats were not allotted during the first round of DNB CET 2020 counselling can take part in the subsequent rounds of counselling. A list of selected candidates, to whom the seats were allotted and they also paid the course fee in the first round of DNB CET 2020 Counselling, has been released by NBE on June 6, 2020.

Eligibility criteria for Second Round of DNB CET 2020 Counselling
- Aspiring candidates must meet the NEET PG eligibility criteria prescribed by NBE.
- Aspirants must have participated in the first round of DNB CET counselling 2020 to participate in the subsequent rounds that includes final in-person round
- Discontinuation of any PG programme other than DNB is mandatory to be qualified for the DNB CET counselling
- The candidates who join the programmes but withdrawn the same will be considered ineligible to appear for the test or pursue the programmes for 3 years i.e. till December 2022. The same rule applies to candidates joining DNB 6 years cours, however the period of disqualification will extend till 2025.
Eligibility for DNB PDCET
- Nationality: Indian
- Qualifying Exam
- MBBS/ MBBS provisional pass certificate attested by Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Completed a PG diploma and passed the same examination on or before November, 2019 from a recognised university in India.
- Training: Completion of 3 years of rotatory training on or before August 31, 2020.
- Registration: Registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
DNB CET 2020 Counselling
NBE organises DNB CET Counselling for the candidates who qualified in NEET PG to offer them the admission into DNB Post MBBS and Diploma programmes. Based on merit list, the shortlisted candidates are called for seat allocation. Counselling process involves various rounds wherein the initial two rounds take place in online mode & final one is conducted in offline mode. Payment of INR 1,25,000/- of non-refundable fee is mandatory to confirm and freeze the seat allotted to the eligible candidate. Original and attested copies of the important documents are required by the candidates during the counselling process:
- Certificate of MBBS degree
- Internship accomplishment certificate
- Permanent registration certificate given by MCI authority
- Certificate of standard 10th & 12th
- Category certificate
- Admit Card of DNB CET 2020
- Result of DNB CET 2020
- Any government-approved ID proof.
DNB CET 2020 Application Form
DNB CET application form is released twice a year for different sessions in an online mode. Interested candidates have to fill the application form by entering personal & educational details to appear for the exam. Candidates must provide valid email if and phone number in the application form as they may receive important notification about the exams on the same. In addition, they also need to upload the scanned copies of their signature and passport size colour photograph for the successful submission of application form after the payment of application fee.
Application Fee:
The application fee of INR 4500/- has to be paid online by the interested medical aspirants using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

DNB CET 2020 Admit Card
DNB CET Admit Cards are released in online mode and have to be downloaded by the candidates as they are not individually posted to the applicants. After downloading it by entering the respective email ID, candidates need to affix passport size photographs on it. The issuance of DNB CET 2020 Admit Cards was started in the second week of December 2019 and third week of June for January 2020 and July 2020 session, respectively.
DNB CET 2020 Result
The DNB CET 2020 result for the January session was announced in the third week of January and for the July July session, it will be declared in the 4th week of July. The results for DNB CET are announced online to be checked by candidates using their email ID/ username and password. The validity for DNB CET result remains active for 1 year for the session in which the exam is conducted.
