Under-Graduate
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any stream are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who are in the final year or are appearing for Class 12 boards this year are also eligible.
Post-Graduate
- Candidates who have done their graduation from any recognized institute/university are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who are appearing for final year exams are also eligible.

ADMISSION PROCESS
IIAD-2020 APPLICATION FORM
Interested candidates can apply online for the IIAD-2020 Application Format (https://www.iiad.edu.in/) or by collecting the application form by visiting the campus before the deadline. IIAD 2020 exam will be held online on July 18th, 2020. Currently, for this session, there are 210 seats for UG, PG, and Fashion Business Management courses combined at the Indian Institute of Art and Design, New Delhi.
- iDAT – IIAD ONLINE Design Aptitude Test: For admission into UG courses (Fashion Design, Communication Design, and Interior Architecture & Design)
- iMAT – IIAD Management Aptitude Test: For admission into PG (Fashion Business Management)
The IIAD 2020 sample papers will be available after candidates successfully submitting the application form. Candidates can fill the application form through online/offline mode both.
Online:
- Candidates have to register with valid email and password, first name, last name, phone number, etc.
- Log-in with the registered email and password.
- Fill the application form by uploading the required documents and pay the application fee finally.
Offline:
- Visit the administration office of the IIAD campus.
- Submit the required documents and pay the application fee for further acknowledgment.

Mode of payment (Online): Candidates can apply online by paying the registration fee through Debit/Credit card or NIFT.
IIAD-2020 ADMIT CARD
The IIAD 2020 Admit Card will be released by the Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD), New Delhi on their official website in a PDF format. Candidates who have completed their applications (online/offline) can log in with their application number and password (DOB) to download the admit card. Candidates must carry their Admit Card compulsory on the day of examination. No candidate is allowed to appear for the exam without the IIAD 2020 admit card. Candidates must go through the necessary details after downloading the admit card:
- Name of the candidate
- Roll Number of the candidate
- Date and Time of the examination
- Venue of the examination center
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate

Part-A: IIAD Design Aptitude Test
- Total marks: 200 marks.
- Exam Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Number of sections: 02 (Logical reasoning/Creative thinking and visual ability)
Part B: Personal Interview - Selected candidates are called for PI with details like date and time sent to the candidate's email id.
- iMAT (for Fashion Business Management)
Part-A: IIAD Management Aptitude Test
- Exam Duration: 2 hours.
- Number of sections: 03 (Logical reasoning/Creative thinking/Language).
Part-B: Personal Interview- Selected candidates are called for PI at the IIAD campus in New Delhi.
IIAD-2020 RESULTS
The result for the IIAD 2020 examination will be released by the IIAD board on its official website (https://www.iiad.edu.in/).
- Candidates can check their IIAD 2020 Result on the official website with their valid credentials (Application form number).
- The final result will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in the written and Personal / Portfolio Assessment rounds conducted in IIAD 2020.
NOTE: Candidates who pass the Cut-Off score by providing their NATA score might be exempted for Interior Architecture and Design and can appear directly in Personal/ Portfolio Assessment.
