Kerala Law Entrance Examination (KLEE) is an online state-level entrance test that is administered by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE) for enrollment into 5-year integrated LLB program, 3-year LLB program and LLM program across different test centres that are nestled in the state of Kerala in Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode.
KLEE 2020 will be held as a computer based examination, qualification in the same will open the gateways for admission offered by 4 government law colleges and a few other private self-financing law colleges in Kerala.
After the examination, the admission process will be fared forward with the counselling and seat allotment process which will entirely be based on the candidates’ performance and rank in the entrance exam alongside the order of preference entered by the applicant in the centralised allotment process (CAP).

Recent Updates About KLEE 2020
KLEE or Kerala Law Entrance Exam for the 3-year LLB programme has been postponed by the Centre for Entrance Examinations (CEE), to be held on June 20 whereas the entrance exam for 5-year LLB has been scheduled to be conducted on June 22. The registration for the examination was closed on May 20 and the admit cards for the same were released on June 6, 2020 to be downloaded before June 12, 2020.

KLEE Eligibility criteria 2020
For 5-year LLB
Educational Qualification -
- Qualification in intermediate or any other equivalent degree with at least
- 45%, 40% and 42% in aggregate for general, SC/ST candidates and SEBC candidates, respectively, from an institute acknowledged by the Bar Council of India.
- Qualification in the 10+2 exam from distance education will also meet the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates appearing for standard 12th board examination will also be eligible to take the KLEE 2020 entrance test.
Age limits - Lower age limit: 17 years of age, Upper age limit: Not prescribed for KLEE 2020.
For 3-year LLB
Educational qualification
- Qualification in graduation from any discipline with with at least
- 45%, 40% and 42% in aggregate for general, SC/ST candidates and SEBC candidates, respectively, from a recognized university.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination in the academic year 2019-20 are also considered eligible.
Age limits - No age limit has been prescribed for KLEE 2020.

- Registration - Register on the official website by filling valid email id along with mobile number. The application number is to be sent on the registered email id.
- Filling the application form online - Upon the completion of registration, a candidate needs to fill the application form in online mode by furnishing the personal details, academic details and other required information.
- Online Submission of the KLEE 2020 Application Form
- Fee payment - Make payment of the application fee online using net banking/credit card/debit card or by e-challan. The application fee for KLEE 2020 is INR 600 for candidates belonging to general category or unreserved category and INR 325 for candidates belonging to SC/ST candidates.
- Upload documents - The scanned copies of passport size photo along with that of signature in the prescribed format need to be uploaded by the candidate.

KLEE 2020 Result
The result of the KLEE 2020 will be declared by CEE, Thiruvananthapuram tentatively in the last week of June 2020 alongside the rank list based on the marks scored in the entrance test. After the declaration of KLEE 2020 result, the qualified or shortlisted participants will be called to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process to conclude the admission.
KLEE Counseling 2020
The counselling process for both 3-year LLB as well as 5-year LLB will take place in online mode after the month of July only for the qualified candidates who scored more than cut-off marks in KLEE 2020 examination. To participate in the process of counselling and seat allotment, the qualified candidates will need to register on the official website. The seat allotment list will be released by the competent authority in various rounds that will rely on the availability of the seats in government as well as self financing colleges.
