SAAT is an online entrance exam that is conducted to offer admissions to the eligible candidates in UG / PG programs in an array of disciplines that includes engineering, nursing, pharmacy, agriculture, management, law, hotel management and so on offered by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University. Apart from SAAT, SOA university also accepts the scores of national examinations such as JEE Main, GATE, CLAT, NEET, GPAT, etc for the enrollment of candidates in the university. SAAT 2020 will be held in computer-based as well as paper-pen based mode.The application forms to apply for the same were released on 1st January, 2020.

The deadline to apply for SAAT 2020 has been postponed to June 15, 2020 by Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, also the revised date for the examination is on hold to be notified. SAAT 2020 will take place in 60 cities in India and interested candidates do not need to pay any application fee to appear for the examination.

SAAT 2020 Eligibility
Eligibility criteria refers to the academic qualification and marks obtained as prescribed by participating universities for aspirants who wish to appear for SAAT 2020. Given below is the program-based eligibility criteria.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into B.Tech
Qualification or appearing in/for 10+2 or equivalent exam, with Maths and Physics as mandatory subjects along with one subject among Chemistry/Information Technology/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology/Informatics/Statistics or any otherAICTE-approved subject.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into B.Pharm
Qualification or appearing in/for 10+2 or equivalent exam with individual qualification in English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into BHMCT
Qualification or appearing in/for 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 45% score. Minimum score for Schedule Caste (SC)/Schedule Tribe (ST)/OBC categories is 40%).
- Eligibility criteria for admission into B.Sc. in Agriculture
Qualification or appearing in/for 10+2 or equivalent exam with any of the given subject combinations- PCM/PCB/PCMB and at least 50% aggregate score for general and OBC categories and 40% aggregate score for SC/ST/Physically Handicap (PH) categories.
Age limit: 17-23 years old as on December 31, 2020
- Eligibility criteria for admission into B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic)
Qualification or appearing in/for 10+2 or equivalent exam with at least 45% score in PCB. Minimum score for Schedule Caste (SC)/Schedule Tribe (ST)/OBC categories is 40%).
Age limit: 17-23 years old as on December 31, 2020.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into P.B.B.Sc Nursing
Qualification in GNM exam and registration with respective State Nursing Council.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into M.Pharm
Qualification or appearing in/for B.Pharm exam from any recognized University with at least 50% score in aggregate. However, SAAT is not mandatory for GPAT-qualified aspirants nut submission of application form is necessary.
- Eligibility criteria for admission into M.Sc
Qualification or appearing in/for B.Sc or equivalent programme in the stream for which the candidates is taking SAAT 2020, from a recognized University, with at least 50% score in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/OBC).
- Eligibility criteria for admission into M.Sc. in Nursing
Qualification in B.Sc. Nursing with at least 55% aggregate score from an institute recognised by Indian Nursing Council along with at least one year experience in teaching or clinical area and registration as a Nurse and Midwife in the concerned State Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife.

SAAT 2020 Application Forms are available at the official website of SAAT. Steps to fill the Application Form are as follows:
- Visit the official website of the university - soauniversity.ac.in
- Click on ‘SAAT 2020 Application Form’ under the ‘Admission’ tab.
- Fill in the details asked such as candidate’s name, mother’s name, DOB, category, address, mobile no, email ID, course selection, academic details, examination centre, etc.
- Check the application form and click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
- No application fee has to be paid.
- Upload the scanned copies of photograph and signature.
- Download and take print out of successfully submitted application form.
SAAT 2020 Admit Card
Admit cards for SAAT 2020 will be sent directly to the candidate on the respective registered email ID before the examination date. A print out of the admit card along with a valid ID proof is mandatory to appear for the examination. Hall ticket or Admit Card showcases the following details:

- Candidate’s Photograph and Signature.

SAAT 2020 Exam Center
SAAT 2020 will be conducted at around 62 examination centres in 40 cities. Candidates are allowed to choose the best-preferred examination centre while filling up the application form. However, the final allotment of the examination centre is decided by the conducting body.
SAAT 2020 Exam Pattern
A maximum of 2 hours are given to the candidates to complete 120 MCQs. However, the number of sections and questions in the test paper vary from programme to programmes. SAT 2020 will be conducted in English language and online mode only and 4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer whereas 1 mark will be subtracted for each incorrect answer.

SAAT 2020 Result
SAAT 2020 Result will be published online by the competent body i.e. SOA in the scorecard format on the official website – soauniversity.ac.in. Candidates will be able to access and download the same after entering their Application Number and Roll Number.
SAAT 2020 Counselling
Qualified candidates will be invited for counselling with a counselling letter sent through email based on the merit lists and marks obtained by him/her. Under the counselling process, candidates will have to select the branch, courses and colleges in the order of preferences. Based on such selections, seats will be allotted to the candidates.
